Owner Adrian Telfer, and Chef de Cuisine Simon Telfer, employ ambitious, courteous staff, who hold the highest standards in the industry. All of our staff are both highly trained and qualified. Simon is a Red Seal European Master chef who was trained in England. Simon has cooked for such dignitaries as the Queen Mother, the 1992-93 World Series Champion Blue Jays and a whole host of T.V. personalities. He has worked as a top executive Chef in England for Trust House Forte hotels as well Executive and Sous chef positions for top hotels in Canada. He also holds the same qualifications as renowned English Chefs Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay.
